SFTP Service – Restored with Processing Delays

Monitoring - We experienced an incident that temporarily made the TS SFTP server unavailable.

The service has now been restored and is up and running. However, as the system is processing the backlog that accumulated during the interruption, there may currently be delays in both retrieving and sending files to and from the TS SFTP server.

We are monitoring the situation closely and expect processing times to return to normal as the backlog is cleared.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.

Payment files to SEB via partner channel can not be processed
Resolved - Corrective actions has been made after there were some issues detected in the original key update. We kindly request that you make a small test payment to SEB before making bigger payments SEB via partner channel.
After sending the first payment, fetch/ wait that the feedback is fetched and confirm that the batches get the ACTC / Approved feedback from the bank.
If you get ACTC feedback on the batch, you can proceed with other payments

If you get any errors - please contact our support - and do not send payment again before we investigate together with Nomentia.

Investigating - An issue has beed detected with the signing of the payments with the new key in the SEB Partner bank connection. Please do not send payment files to SEB until we have informed that the issue is solved. Work is going on with the highest priority to solve this as soon as possible. We apologize for the additional delay this might be causing.

Investigating - Nomentia and SEB will perform a scheduled key update on the partner bank connection. During this maintenance, customers should not be sending any payment files to SEB.

Schedule of the key exchange
Date: Friday 9th October
Time: 12-14 CET/13-15 EET

We will notify once the key change has been completed. Expected timeframe is by 14:00 CET/ 15:00 EET.

Please make sure that you are not sending payments during this timeframe to SEB.

This has no impact on other bank connections. Once the maintenance is over, send first only a few batches AND fetch feedback from the bank. Check the feedback confirms that payments have been approved as expected (ACTC feedback from bank). Once confirmed, you may continue normal payment processing via SEB connection.

Monitoring - We are currently experiencing an incident with the Nomentia SFTP service - sftp4.cm.nomentiasaas.com. Nomentia has identified the issue and is actively working on a resolution.

As a result, processing of file triggers and processing of files from SFTP connections may experience longer delays than normal.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
