Nomentia and SEB will perform a scheduled key update on the partner bank connection. During this maintenance, customers should not be sending any payment files to SEB.

Schedule of the key exchange
Date: Friday 9th October
Time: 12-14 CET/13-15 EET

We will notify once the key change has been completed. Expected timeframe is by 14:00 CET/ 15:00 EET.

Please make sure that you are not sending payments during this timeframe to SEB.

This has no impact on other bank connections. Once the maintenance is over, send first only a few batches AND fetch feedback from the bank. Check the feedback confirms that payments have been approved as expected (ACTC feedback from bank). Once confirmed, you may continue normal payment processing via SEB connection.
