Monitoring

We are currently experiencing an incident with the Nomentia SFTP service - sftp4.cm.nomentiasaas.com. Nomentia has identified the issue and is actively working on a resolution.

As a result, processing of file triggers and processing of files from SFTP connections may experience longer delays than normal.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
